International Conference on Quantum Technology in the Life Sciences

19 – 21 November, 2025
Novotel Wollongong

Bringing quantum to life

Quantum Technology in the Life Sciences (qLIFE) is the first international conference
series focused on the life sciences applications of quantum technologies. It brings
together researchers and experts from academia, industry and medicine from around
the world to explore the latest advances and innovations.

Quantum sensing, imaging and computing have the potential for transformational
applications across health, pharmaceuticals and sustainability – from accelerated drug
discovery, to better biomedical imaging and diagnostics, and advances in agricultural
sustainability and clean energy. qLIFE aims to build the cross-disciplinary community
needed to drive these applications, fueling the development of quantum technologies
designed for the life sciences, nurturing new talent in the field, advancing our understanding
of biological systems, and accelerating the pathway to impact and real-world applications.

This first conference in the series (qLIFE 2025) includes an exciting line-up of presentations from international leaders including Professor Sir Peter Knight (UCL), Professor Miles Padgett (Glasgow), Professor Jennifer Dionne (Stanford) and Professor Fedor Jelezko (Ulm), from major industry such as IBM, Google, Novo Nordisk, PsiQuantum and SandboxAQ, and from industry innovators such as NVision Imaging Technologies, FieldLine, Calico Labs, and Insilico Medicine.

To foster meaningful interactions, participation is capped at 200 attendees.
