Poster submission

Submit a poster for the qLIFE Conference.

We welcome poster abstract submissions for presentation at qLIFE. Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for researchers at all career stages to share new results, emerging ideas, and technical advances with the broader community. Submissions are encouraged from across all relevant disciplines and research topics, from the development of quantum technologies for the life sciences to their applications across health, pharma, sustainability, etc. The submission deadline is 1 October 2025, and notification of acceptance will be provided by 1 November 2025. We look forward to showcasing the breadth and depth of work shaping this rapidly evolving field.

Poster Guidelines

We recommend posters be prepared in A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) and in portrait orientation.

Please use the same title as submitted in your abstract, and clearly display your name, institution, and those of any co-authors at the top of the poster.

Posters should be easy to read and visually engaging. Use large, legible text that can be read comfortably from around 1.5 metres, and aim for clarity and brevity in your messaging. Rather than covering your full research project, we encourage you to focus on key findings or insights. Where possible, prioritise figures, diagrams, and photos over extensive blocks of text—these are often more effective at conveying complex ideas. If methods are included, please keep them simple and concise. Figure legends and graph headings should be short but informative.

You’re welcome to bring A4 printouts or handouts of your poster (including contact details) to leave by your display—these are appreciated by delegates who wish to follow up after the session.
